Well-equipped and brand-new unit with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges. Separate bedroom and reasonably large bathroom. Fabulous central location, very very nice area. Walking distance to a tram station, easy to travel around.

The hotel has a nice size and brand-new rooms complete with all the amenities and twin beds, as example. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge are a nice touch.

Comfortable and most especially quiet. Good location. Fabulous Japanese restaurant next door. Friendly and helpful staff. Good bathroom and facilities.
Only that smokey glass between bedrooms and into lounge makes one bedroom in particular have light come in. Only downside but OK if everyone in bed at the same time.

The hotel was fantastic with very friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were nice and comfortable with all amenities provided. The 2 bed / 2 bath executive suite was perfect for our family - 2 adults and 2 adult kids. The location in the city was magnificent - walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We would love to visit Quest on Bourke again on our next trip to Melbourne. Thanks very much!
Minor issue was the glass panel/ doorway in main bedroom in room 607. This allowed a lot of extra light in the room and made it difficult to sleep when others were watching tv. Perhaps a curtain across this glass area would have helped.

Location
Dark inside - limited natural light. Bed was too firm.

Secured hotel with extremely helpful and thoughtful staff. Unbeatable location close to Southern Cross train station. Reasonable facilities and amenities. Early check-in available, along with generally very good service.

The apartment was well laid out and I found it easy to prepare food and still join with family discussions and games. We received an upgrade to 2 bedroom executive which included an extra bathroom and laundry room. The location meant that it was very easy to walk to many of the city attractions such as the Queen Victoria Markets and the Aquarium. For longer journeys it was easy to access trams and trains. It was great that being on such a busy street there was only the noise of a few trams going past at night.
The view from the windows in the day time was'nt great but at night was quite pretty with all the buidlings lit up.

Price and location
Staff at the front desk on arrival tried to charge me a second time when I had paid by card over the net. The fact that I was charged more than quoted by email. No parking for guests or at least a cheaper rate.
